Sunday School

Join us at 9:30 am

Corporate worship during the traditional 11 am service is not designed to teach children or adults all they need to learn about the Christian faith. Sunday School is an important element in helping adults and kids to learn the important tenets of our faith.

Adult Sunday School classes offer a place of fellowship, study, and growth as you walk in faith with God.

Children’s Sunday School classes use arts, crafts, skits, songs, etc. to teach children in an age-appropriate manner the Bible and to connect its story to their own.

VESSELS OF HONOR
The Vessels Class, through lively discussion and diligent examination of the Word, seeks to know the heart and mind of God.

CHILDREN’S PROGRAM
Nursery: Birth – 3 years old
Kindergarten – 4 & 5 years old
The Door– 1st to 5th grade

THE BARNABAS GROUP
We are studying the human side of those used by God to do his will, and how faithful and patient God was with them despite their many failures.

LIVING THE WORD
The Living the Word Sunday School class is focused on teaching the people of God how to practically apply His Word to our everyday lives.

THE LYDIA GROUP
To seek clarity and understanding of God’s word as it applies to women today.

Small Groups

Small groups provide opportunities for believers to learn from each other as they apply the gospel within the intimacy of relationships. While it is critical to hear from the pulpit, we also need friends to help us wrestle with questions face to face. We need people who are willing to get to know us so they can help us walk with Christ more faithfully.

Small groups cultivate an environment of openness and trust where group members are encouraged to ask questions they might not ask elsewhere. As we share and listen to stories, we learn how others are attempting to intersect the common life and the sacred life.

Small groups should never supplant the church. But they can provide a setting where its members begin to experience the kind of closeness that will characterize the life of the redeemed in the age to come.
