The Director of Family Ministries

Crossroads Presbyterian Church is seeking a self-motivated, culturally competent, organized, and administratively sound person or team to serve as its Director of Family Ministries.

The Director of Family Ministries will have a clear calling to love and care for Children, Youth and Young Adults, leading them into fully experiencing the love of Jesus Christ. The Director oversees all aspects of Crossroads Presbyterian’s Family Ministries: shepherding, equipping, and celebrating volunteers and staff by aligning with Crossroads’ vision to come alongside families in cultivating and deepening the faith of their families.

This is a full-time position that involves:

• Plan and execute the CPC Five-Year Plan for Family Ministries of increasing the number of young families, youth, and children.
• Develop robust and healthy volunteer teams for Family Ministries
• Create a vibrant, dynamic, and safe environment for Family Ministries
• Develop and implement an outreach plan that targets age groups from birth to 35 years to become members and integrate into the life of the church.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in, or willing to learn, Microsoft Office, Google applications, and other technological platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of relevant experience.
